Sr. Software Engineer

Rich Kroll possesses more than 15 years experience in software architecture, engineering and information technology (IT), leading teams to build highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems.

At Active Data Technologies Inc., Rich leads (and participates on) the talented team of developers who are responsible for the architecture and design of our next generation technology solutions, including our asset and vendor management platforms, among others.

Rich also works with our business teams and customers in a business analyst role, helping to guide the projects and determine requirements for the software currently in production. He has a rare ability among engineers to translate highly technical requirements for business owners, from board-level interactions to product owners.

His previous work experience includes leading development teams in support of clients such as Related Group, Trump, Kraft, NBC Universal, Guthy-Renker and Readers Digest. In addition to real estate, Rich has hands-on knowledge of the health & wellness, commerce, media and mobile gaming markets.
