Director of Software Development

Robert has more than 20 years of professional experience in application architecture, website development and systems engineering. He directs the day-to-day development aspects of all the projects in our project pipeline, as well as those that are already in production.

Requirements documentation and analysis, scoping, planning, engineering, implementation and new product introduction are just a few of the many important areas the Robert oversees for Active Data Technologies Inc.

Robert also supervises day-to-day activities of the development team, including technical design, work breakdown, code reviews, unit testing, launch plans and overall ownership of schedule, quality and budget. He contributes daily to the evolution of product architecture, developing and communicating product roadmaps, with planned release cycles and realistic resource plans.

Prior to joining the company, Robert worked at several Fortune 500 companies such as IBM and Blue Cross/Blue Sheild, building business applications for customers that spanned a diverse set of industries, including banking, network management, information assurance, education, retail and healthcare, among others.
